YONG FAH CHOONG

OPERATION DIRECTOR

Completed his MBA at the University of Strathclyde. Experienced in General Management with a demonstrated history of working in the Submarine Cable Industry. Skilled in Budgeting, Business Planning, Analytical Skills, Data Warehousing and Submarine Cables. Diplomatic, strategic and professionalism are covered in his characteristic and often comes with very good ideas, not only that he’s very helpful person but also very detailed in projects.

CHIA SOON CHAY

MARKETING DIRECTOR

Involved in the Asia Pacific submarine cable infrastructure business since 1999.
He started in the submarine cable business as a commercial manager with Siemens IT Services Sdn Bhd. In 2004, he was promoted to join the board of directors and remain the position until end of 2006. In 2007 he left the position and set up Ample Spirit Sdn Bhd. His experience in the business cover commercial, project management and sales. He has been involved in many submarine cable
systems developed in Asia-Pacific over the period.

RAHIM ABDULLAH

BOARD ADVISOR

A very careful, strategic yet responsible man in the business, and due to his passion on the marine vessels he does hands on time to time in his own hangar and workshop despite his hecticness in the marketing department. He has been in shipping business for more than 40 years through the tough and good times. From mainly tug and barge towing general construction raw materials to supporting the offshore construction in the oil & gas industries and many more. A lot of adventurous life risking experience he has faced in the business over the last decades.

WAN JOHAN RAHIM

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Grew up in a shipping business family and has been continuously led to be in the marine field in most of his youth time and later was sent to Auckland, New Zealand for 4 years to study marine technology, came back in 2009. Starting it out by suiting the drafting concept for the real business world and recruited a marine technology team and even succeeded to provide stability analysis works. He began to convert his family business forested empty yard into a shipyard and developed the ship repair and marine fabrication business and improved the infrastructure of the shipyard at the same time. He built his first 250’ Barge in 2011 and started getting in Petronas Carigali oil and gas platform fabrication works and even completed engineering package for the Royal Navy Hydrography Vessel.
